IS THERE ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE FOR A NON-INTERNET COMPUTER?
I HAVE A CAD/CAM COMPUTER THAT NEVER GOES ONLINE - IT HAS PICKED UP A TROJAN FROM A FLASH STICK. EVERY THING I'VE TRIED HAS TO BE ONLINE TO INSTALL.
You just need to get the offline installer for the anti-virus program, and also the offline definition file to update it. All major free anti-virus programs allow you to do this, such as AVG, Avira, Avast etc.
Tip: if the installation file is only around 700kb, it isn't the offline installer. For example, the AVG offline installer is around 70mb.
