anyone can recommend a good FREE graphics software for image editing?
i want to edit my pictures by doing nice borders, effects on them and writing text on pictures that are good quality?
or is there an affordable cd i can get to download the software
If you're looking mainly at photo editing, Picasa (by Google) is fairly decent and has a nice array of pre-created effects.
