Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch agh......?

Okay... I seriously need some help... +_+

Can someone tell me what's the difference between this product of Wacom:

They do have the same size...They are both by Wacom. Even their names are..the same.. +_+

Could you please tell me what would be best for me to buy? :/

I just wanna use it for drawing and designing...I want a big surface but 217 x 137 mm(active area) is the biggest one I have found till now...

Which one is better?

The first one supports Windows 7. The second one doesn't. What operating system does your PC run?
