Engineering Assembly Drawing

Any one with solidworks 2008 experience please help (asap!)?

I need to represent an assembly on a 2D engineering drawing

I've created the ASSEMBLY, then saved it again as a PART
( thats what our teacher said we must do)

now when i import the PART (which was the assembly) into the drawing, a part disapears!!

please help! (the disapearing part is the axle in the pictures)
