Are there any good FREE paint programs out there?
I'm just looking for a good free paint program that I can use to edit a few pictures and make animations.
I also use Gimp and love it... it reads photoshop files and has most of the processes that photoshop has as well. Best of all its free :) It was developed for linux and adapted for windows and mac so its pretty stable and safe as well.
