Does anyone have any ideas for an undergraduate senior mechanical engineering design project?
I don't have many ideas right now. My group is comprised of a few mechanical engineers and a possible electrical engineer. If you have any ideas of problems that need solutions that would make a good design project let me know. The best answer gets 10 points. Thanks.
I'm an ME freshman, but the seniors told me that their project last year was to design a hovercraft. I have seen videos on youtube where inventors have designed hoverboards (more like planks of wood cushioned by the output of a leaf-blower). It would be awesome if you designed a hover car based on the hover board designs (not another hover craft; HOVER CAR, as in something more refined and family oriented, and possibly street legal.)
