Is there a !FREE! 2d blueprint making software for !FREE!?

i have a cool idea that i have already drawn up on papre but i want to put it on my computer and make some adjustments so i was wondering if there was a FREE software that has a normal, white on blue, blueprint thing that i can draw my idea on. It's not a necessity but if possible it would be cool if i could put text on it, so that i could show what the various parts are, and maybe a couple other useful tools.


P.S. if it aint free, dont mention it

free software to create blueprints?

Hello all, i need a free program that lets me create blueprints.
No, they don't have to be blue, i just need a program that will let you draw straight lines, and have snapping(holding ctrl or alt and it "locking" to a certain angle of line).
