what is the diff. between autocad 2009 and autocad LT?

why is there a student version (autocad 2009) for 13 months for 169$ and another autocad LT unlimited version for the same price on ebay? is there a difference?

AutoCAD LT is is only a 2D drafting solution. The Student version is a limited license of the full version for students.
