Blueprint designing software download?

Anyone know of a good blueprint desiging software that I can also form layouts of wiring, such as wiring coaxial electrical and other things.

Needs to be free, and be downloadable and usable without internet connection.

I'm redesigning the wiring of an existing house that is 40-50 years of age.

Would need to be easy to use.

I've found a few things but I want to know of a well known software that's safe and works best and is trusted.
dang i didn't know you could do that with auto cad

I dunno how i have it but somehow i have the full version haha, never used it but once though.

it's so expensive so i still dunno how i came by it
Dang can't find the hard drive i have it on, any other ways??

You might get better answers in the Home & Garden catergory. If you need so other design software to play with after school then Sketchup by google.
