3d Graphics Programs

what is the best choices to build a pc for running graphics & programming programs?

i do a lot of work on 3d max ,mat lab,fortran...so i'm really sick of my current pc it is very slow to debug the new programs ,and processing the graphics on 3d max.

so i need to choose a right motherboard ,processor and video card

any help!!!!!!!

i think intel core i7 is best for this
