Drawing Maps Software

Ok i want to create a map. Which mapping software should i use.?

It need it to look like a geographical map of the work as opposed to a google street map.

I don't have the time or patience to draw it up in illustrator. It's not even getting marked, i just have to hand it in. gahh!!!!
