Please name a software for highlighting direction in maps. Point A -----------------> Point B?

We are producing a documentary and for that we need to specify a location (say 'B') from the capital of that state (say 'A') on a map. Now I want to point out the direction from point A to point B with a line ----------------------> something like this.
Point A------------------------>Point B and that line has to draw itself every time the video is played. I don't whether I'm able to make myself clear. But thanks in advance for any reply.
