What are the best programs for drawing plasmid maps? Thanks!?
I love Invitrogen's Vector NTI software, but $4,000 is a little too much for me to pay.
We use pDRAW32. It is completely free and we love it! Just do a search for pDRAW32. It's fairly limited on it's options, but it has everything we need and is continually updated. Oh, and the price is right.
