What free animation software would you suggest for a short cartoon ?
The last time i tried this on windows movie maker / ms paint..... it was an epic fail.
I am currently on downloads.com but the descriptions of the various software are so vague...
Can anyone give me some specific freeware which can be used to pic together frames ( hand drawn, or otherwise ) to make a short 2 min. to 5 min. animation.
p.s. of course, i'd like to be able to upload to youtube as well.
