plan for a residential house?

I have purchased a plot ad-measuring 8.00 Meters by 18.50 meters. I wish to draw / have a ground floor plan for the house building. How I can get free SOFTWARE down-load ? which are simple and easy to draw the house plan ? Please kindly guide me. Thanks a lot.
