Which is the best program to know for Architecture?

obviously other than autocadd and photoshop.
I can pick to take one last class before getting an AA in architecture, and I can pick a program, but which one looks best on your resume?
is 3d studio max just a plus?
is maya not used in the industry?
is illustrator usually a requirement?

I am currently enrolled in 3d studio, but doubt it will serve me in the future.

I posted a similar question, but I wasn't too clear before.

I've tried all 3D Max studio, Maya and Illustrator.First of all, lets eliminate Illustrator out of the picture since its not really the best choice of software to do architecture.

If you really want to make the best out of your resume, then I suggest you taking Maya, since it is the professional software tool for animators. Er, 3D studio is just a-ok. But I think construction wise, 3D Max studio suits architecture side compared to Maya since maya is more for the animation.

Both are ok, but I suggest you to stick to your 3D studio class. Max is not bad, y'know ;)

And don't put your priority more on Illustrator. Try this new architectural software, SketchUp 5. Both professional and amateurs use this program. The link is listed below.

Good luck!
