Is Cheap OEM Software a good site to buy from?
Please Help!
The site sells Autocad 2008 for $175.99
Why is it so cheap? it just seems wrong / fishy?
Any experience's with them ?
I need to buy something asap so I can practice.
I have a new PC with Vista.

It is wrong and fishy. The licence for OEM is quite specific and the software should be purchased with hardware. OEM comes with no technical support (the company selling the hardware is expected to provide the support).
I've also seen far too many spam emails offering this sort of software to believe that the software is even genuine OEM. YMMV, but I'm fairly sure you'll find that it's a pirate copy.
Also don't forget that Autodesk will allow you to download a 30 day trial version. A month of practice for free perhaps?
