I need help in writing Level 1 technical Support Documentation for new employees! Can anyone help me in this?

I have an assignment to write a Documentation of our Level 1 technical Support and we do not have one, so any new employee who join our company can get help from that to get started and to know what is required to be a part of the team( level 1 tech support).
