What do I include in an engineering/drafting/architecture portfolio?

I'm about to graduate from high school and wanting to get full-time work in an architecture field before I go onto tertiary study.

I saw an add for a cadet drafter in my area and applied with a cover letter and resume. It said it was perfect for a year 12 person about to graduate and that some experience with Autocad would be helpful. However I'm unsure about it because it was advertised a month before I found it.

I was told by to send in a portfolio to the firm where a friend works, but I'm not sure what I'm meant to include as the only experience i have is grade 9 and 10 graphics, with some experience using Pro/DESKTOP, Pro/ENGINEER, ArchiCAD and technical drawing. I don't have anything left from that but. So what should I do for this?
