Any good free photo editing applications?
I want to edit my digital photos on the computer, but not edit as in crop and remove red eye-no, i wanna edit as in put nice borders and make the skin flawless, contrast on high, do an andy warhol pop culture photo like marilyn monroe. stuff like that. I basically wanna decorate my pictures after fixing them, so if anyone knows any good-and free-applications, that would be great. i dont want paid applications, just a free one i can download and use right away-thanks!!
Both GIMP and Paint.net will do what you want. Both are free. GIMP is a full featured graphics editor that is on a par with Photoshop.
Paint.net is a very good graphics editor but it is a much smaller program then GIMP.
