Drawing/Painting software program?
Is there any reasonably priced software on the market that I could use to add color to my art that I scan? Is there any free products online that I could download and trust?
GIMP FTW! It just rock, plainly. That's all there is to it. It rocks. xD

And there are some awesome tutorials out there. The GIMP is like pretty much the only program I use to make my pixel dolls. It rocks. And it's free! Better than photoshop for sure except with it's dodge/burn and smudge. I think photoshop's dodge/burn and smudge tools are better. Everything else is fine.
