What are some good drawing or cartoon animation programs?

I wanna make a series on youtube about crazy stuff that happened to me back in the day when i was a kid and i thought it would be cool to make it like a cartoon animation or like a slideshow with drawings. anyone know any good programs that can do this? thanks
